Kevin has 40+ years of experience in the construction industry. Kevin has built everything from skyscrapers in Boston and New York City, apartment complexes in Florida and Tennessee to houses in our home city of Knoxville. Kevin has been involved in every level of construction and has a vast level of knowledge and experience.

Graduate of the University of Tennessee Construction Program, Ryan was quickly hired by a large General Contractor who specialises in Healthcare Construction. Ryan oversaw several multimillion dollar healthcare projects over the last decade. Ryan is a licensed residential and commercial contractor.
